I know it has been a long time since I have posted. Not to much going on around the farm, with all the rain not much is growing (besides the grass). The sheep are doing great, and the new arrivals are jumping around and growing quickly.

Since it has been raining so much, I have been inside cooking and knitting. Here is a few pictures of my recent project.

For Christmas last year, my mom bought me some poppy seeds so we could grown our own poppy seeds for cooking. I was not sure what to expect out of these flowers, but much to my surprise they were big beautiful flowers.

I love to have plants that aren’t only beautiful, but they keep giving after they loose there peddles! Since I was not sure how well they would grow in our climate and how I would like them, I only planted a few, so I was only able to make one batch of Lemon Poppy seed Muffins, but they were really good! I will definitely be planting a lot more of those flowers this year!

This is a terrible picture! But it was the best i had!
